Choose the be body and soul oil that you feel most drawn to today. Sit comfortably on the floor or bed, naked, warm, and ready to apply your oil. Cover your entire body with oil and take time to rub the skin and muscles with the healing benefits of the essences and your own touch. Take note of where you feel dry, dull or sore and consciously send love to theses parts, tune into your body and feelings.
