Dispense the be free oil into your hands, rub lightly together and inhale deeply.
Raise the hands overhead and ‘sweep’ the air, palms facing toward the head and body, but not touching, bring your hands down in this sweeping action as if clearing the unseen aura or ‘energy body’ of yourself all the way to your feet.
Then lightly touch the skin with your oiled hands as you sweep back up.
This is a cleansing, energizing action to inspire freedom.
